We formed Lakin & Wille LLP in 2019 after working together at Van Der Hout LLP, one of the nation’s leading immigration law firms. We bring to our practice a vast knowledge of immigration law and its ever-changing procedures, and a proven track record of successfully resolving complex immigration cases. We are known for our thorough and thoughtful case analysis, and we particularly enjoy taking on challenging cases. Our goal is to make top-notch legal representation accessible. Lakin & Wille LLP was recognized as the 2020 Pro Bono Champion by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Northern California Chapter, for our successful pro bono work in the federal courts on behalf of immigrants fighting for their release from incarceration.
